BEGINNER

New to Pilates? Start here! This class is designed for clients who are new to reformer Pilates, need a refresher, or want to build a stronger foundation before leveling up. You’ll learn basic reformer setup, foundational exercises, proper alignment, and breathing techniques in a supportive, slower-paced environment designed to help you move with confidence. 

Prerequisite: None
Clients may book this class using the Intro Package.

BEGINNER/ INTERMEDIATE

Ready to level up? This class blends foundational movement with more flow, challenge, and progression. Designed for both beginner clients and those ready to move beyond the basics, this class offers a supportive environment while introducing more dynamic movement, coordination, and strength-building exercises. Expect a slightly faster pace than Beginner while continuing to reinforce proper form, alignment, and control.

Clients may book this class using the Intro Package.

INTERMEDIATE.JPG

INTERMEDIATE

This class is designed for clients who are comfortable with foundational reformer exercises and want to take their practice to the next level. Expect a faster pace, more complex transitions, increased resistance, and deeper full-body strength and endurance work. Intermediate clients are confident with reformer setup, spring changes, and foundational movement patterns, as less time will be spent breaking down basic exercises. 

Prerequisite: Completion of 5-10 Beginner Classes

INTERMEDIATE ADVANCED COMBO

This high-energy class is designed for experienced clients who are confident on the reformer and ready for a stronger, faster-paced, and more athletic workout. Expect complex transitions, advanced coordination, increased endurance work, and minimal exercise breakdowns. Clients should feel comfortable with reformer setup, spring changes, and maintaining proper form while moving through more challenging sequences at a quicker pace. This class is intended for clients with a strong foundation who are looking to push themselves physically while continuing to refine control, strength, and precision.

Prerequisite: 5-10 Intermediate Level Classes

ADVANCED.JPG

ADVANCED

Appropriate for highly experienced reformer clients only. Expect advanced exercises, complex transitions, increased endurance work, heavier resistance, and minimal exercise breakdowns. Clients should be fully confident with reformer setup, spring changes, transitions, and maintaining proper form while moving through challenging sequences at an accelerated pace. This class is intended for clients with a strong Pilates foundation who are comfortable working at an advanced level both physically and mentally. 

Prerequisite: Completion of 8-10 Intermediate/Advanced classes and instructor approval strongly recommended.

RESET & RECHARGE.JPG

RESET + RECHARGE

Slow down, reconnect, and reset. This restorative reformer class is designed to help release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system through mindful movement, stretching, breath work, and gentle strengthening. Expect a slower pace, supportive guidance, and an emphasis on leaving class feeling refreshed, grounded, and recharged: both physically and mentally. Perfect for recovery days, stress relief, or anyone looking for a more restorative Pilates experience.

JUMPBOARD.JPG

JUMP BOARD

This athletic, cardio-focused reformer class uses the jump board to combine low-impact movement with high-energy full-body conditioning. Expect dynamic movement, core engagement, coordination, endurance work, and faster-paced sequences designed to challenge both strength and stamina. While the workout is high-energy, the reformer keeps movement low-impact and joint-friendly.

Prerequisite: Completion of 5-10 Intermediate Level Classes
