Packages are a one time charge, they expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Packages offer a lower level of commitment compared to memberships, making it a good choice for those with irregular schedules.
Memberships are a recurring charge (every 4 weeks). Check out FAQ #8 right below, for more details on memberships. Check out FAQ #9 below for all the perks associated with the different tiers. You're not going to want to miss out on these perks!

We wanna be straight with y’all: we enforce a strict, 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, you must inform the studio a minimum of 24 hours prior to your start time. We charge a late cancel fee of $15 AND forfeiture of your session. This policy applies to both group sessions and and private sessions.

If you're a member, your late cancel charges might be waived - check out FAQ #9 for perk details.

Add your name to the waitlist if a class is full. When there is a cancelation, you will be notified via text that you have been removed from the waitlist and added to the class roster.
QUICK PRO TIPS:
*Adding yourself to the waitlist does not guarantee a spot.
*If a space opens, you’ll be added automatically (up to 2 hours before class) and notified by email + text.
*Cancellations/no-shows within 24 hrs = $15 fee + loss of session (some memberships include free late cancels).
*If being added pushes you over your monthly limit, you’ll be charged the member drop-in rate.
*Only join the waitlist if you can ACTUALLY attend — cancel ASAP if not.

Refunds are at the discretion of the studio owner. For specific questions, feel free to give us a call!

Pilates can be adapted to accommodate injuries or medical conditions, but it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider and inform your instructor about any limitations or concerns before starting a class. If cleared by your medical provider, you must inform the instructor of your contraindications prior to beginning your workout. Our instructors can provide modifications and guidance to ensure a safe and effective session.

According to Mr. Pilates himself, “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a new body.” Take that with a scoop of collagen, since not all bodies are the same, and results can manifest differently for the individual. But the benefits of sticking with it can range widely from physical, physiological, mental, emotional, and more.

MEMBERSHIP/PACKAGES/APPOINTMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions shall apply until changed, for all members, package holders, and any type
of guests of Misfit Pilates LLC (the “Studio”) . A copy of the terms and conditions are available at
www.misfitpilates.com.
• This is a 12 month contract; All membership types shall be paid upfront unless otherwise noted (not buying a membership today? Some of the terms below also apply to package holders, please read on!)
• Package members are also members who have pre-bought a set number of classes
• There is a strict no refund policy
• Unless you have purchased a package, all memberships are auto-reoccurring, your credit card
will be charged on the same bill date every month
• Termination of all memberships requires 60 days’ notice to request cancellation. Please email
us at brenda@misfitpilates.com to request cancellation of your membership. Please note that while on a 12-month contract, early termination is not guaranteed and is subject to approval at the studio’s discretion.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or refuse to renew your membership for any
reason not prohibited by law including, but not limited to, an unsatisfactory payment history
or failure to comply with any rules, policies, or modifications to rules or policies during your
membership term. We reserve the right to collect at any time any delinquent or outstanding
balance(s) that has not been paid including for any services or products provided or monthly
payments owed. For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide us with
current, accurate, complete, and updated information including your name, address,
telephone number, and applicable payment data. You agree to notify us promptly of any
changes in your information, including any changes to your method of payment.
• The Studio reserves the right to change membership pricing. Changes to memberships will be
given at least 14 days in advance.
• Payment for Membership –Monthly or reoccurring memberships will auto-renew monthly,
by signing this agreement, you’re authorizing your credit card to be charged on a monthly
basis which will be every 28 days.
• The agreement between the Studio and the individual starts at first payment.
• Classes do not rollover from month to month, any classes not used by a member’s next
billing cycle will be forfeited
CLASS/APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Scheduled classes/appointments may be cancelled with 24 hours’ notice to the Studio from the member, package
holder, guest. If notice of cancellation for a scheduled class is not received within 24 hours prior to a
scheduled class, the client agrees to pay $15 as a late cancel fee, and and well, that credit for that
class will be deemed forfeited.
For package holders: If you are unable to make it to a class, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to
avoid a penalty. This allows us to fill that spot with someone off the waitlist. If you no-show or
cancel less than 24 hours before class starts, you will face the following penalties:
• Loss of the scheduled class
• $15 charge
REFUND POLICY
As a member, package holder, guest, you hereby acknowledge that there are no refunds. Payments
are nonrefundable and there are no credits for partially used periods or packages.
IMAGE USE
You understand that while on the Studio premises, your image may be used or shown on the Studio’s
website or social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and that by entering the premises you
consent to the use of these images. You acknowledge that the Studio also may be under audio/video
surveillance for security and training purposes.
SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS
By providing your phone number and opting into our SMS notifications, you confirm that you are the
owner or authorized user of the phone number provided. You consent to receive recurring automated
text messages (SMS, MMS) from the Studio regarding your scheduled visits, service updates, offers,
and other important notifications. Consent is not required to make any purchase from us. Message
frequency may vary, but you can generally expect to receive between 1 to 2 messages per week,
depending on how often you attend classes.
Your consent to receive automated texts is entirely voluntary. You may opt out at any time and to
stop receiving messages, reply “STOP,” to any SMS message from us.
“Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional
purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent;
this information will not be shared with any third parties.”
CONSUMER RIGHT TO CANCELLATION:
If by reason of death or disability, you are unable to receive all of the services for which you
contracted under this Agreement, you and your estate shall be relieved from the obligation of making
payment for services other than those received prior to your death or the onset of your disability. If
you prepaid any sum for services, so much of the sum as is allocable to services not taken prior to
your death or disability shall be promptly refunded to you or your representative.
OTHER STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class, if you’re more than 5 minutes late, your reformer
maybe given to the next person on the waitlist.
• If you’re sick, please cancel your class online if within 24 hour cancellation window to avoid
late charge.
• Those under 18 require prior approval by management and if allowed, that a membership
agreement must be signed by parent or guardian.
• You must wear sticky socks for all Studio classes as a measure of safety, if you do not have a
pair, you may purchase a pair in the studio for $10.
• Phone use in the studio is strictly prohibited, if you must take a call, step outside, remember
this is your time and your fellow misfits appreciate the consideration of their time.
• In order to keep the Studio clean and safe for all clients, please wipe down all equipment
after class.
• We do not have lockers available onsite; but we do have individual storage bins for you to
keep your belongings. It is your responsibility to make sure that all belongings are kept
safely. We cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of your belongings in the Studio.
• Remember to remove all belongings from your vehicle. We are not liable any damage or theft
to your vehicle.
• All members and clients are expected to act respectful to instructors, employees, and other
members. Anyone who if not respectful will be asked to leave class, and if inappropriate
behavior continues, their membership maybe terminated without refund for remaining classes
in the month. Examples of inappropriate behavior include, but are not limited to harassing
others in the building (verbally and physically), purposely damaging the equipment in the
studio, and use of illegal drugs.
The Studio has the right to review, amend and update the above as well as any Terms and
Conditions/Privacy Policy. All changes will be updated on the website: www. misfitpilates.com

At Misfit, we’re all about you, so that’s where we’ll start. Our friendly instructor will guide you through a discussion around injuries, past surgeries, and goals. From there, we’ll tailor the workout session to meet you where you’re at, and push you to where you want to be.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement, and grippy socks to keep yourself safe on the machine. Avoid overly loose or baggy clothing. Layers are encouraged so you can maintain a comfortable temperature throughout your workout.

Water, water, and for the people in the back, water! Bring a bottle (of water) to keep yourself hydrated, grippy socks to keep yourself safe on the machine, along with anything else you need to make yourself comfortable. If you forgot your grippy socks, no worries! We have some for purchase in the studio. Need a towel? We got you there too.
